You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 578jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Any activity that occurs under your 578jl account will be your sole responsibility. You must notify 578jl immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support.
578jl accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance held within it to any other person. Attempts to do so will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the affected balance.
In compliance with PAGCOR's requirements for online gaming operators and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 578jl is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are generally credited to the 578jl account balance in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within two (2) banking hours for bank transfer methods. 578jl does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

If the dispute is not resolved through internal escalation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
For matters falling within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, 578jl will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or adjudication process.
